Hyatt Place Cincinnati Blue Ash

When we first got there, we didn't have a conjoined room as we requested. They didn't hesitate and helped us get a room that works best for us! We loved how big the rooms were and that we had conjoined so our friends' kids and ours could play. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and very helpful! Brandon in the evenings made sure to accommodate all our needs for the evening!

Comfortable bed, nice shower

Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

The workers was nice and friendly. Help u anyway they could. Breakfast was the best hotel I've ever been to. It was also a lil guy worker there stay with a smile on his face can't remember his name but he really was nice and help me out from the start of my booking. I'll definitely will b back

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was very nice and clean. The room we chose was very spacious. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious with plenty of options.
